Prices:

3 workouts per week (12 workouts)

5-6 workouts per week (21 workouts)

$50 every four weeks
+$20 per additional household member (this gives household members access to our Facebook support group, their own 15-minute check in every month, and access to our workout/lifestyle tracking platform)

This program is for those who have access to equipment. If this does not sound like you, consider trying one of the programs below:

Living Room Boot Camp - this is a very similar program that will use body weight and cardio to improve your fitness. Click below to learn more.
Living Room Boot Camp
This plan is geared toward those who have equipment at home. This package includes access to lesson plans and online videos that will be emailed every week. Each lesson plan and video will virtually coach you through the warmup, skill work, workout, and cool down that you are "equipped" to do. Click "play" on the video when you are ready to workout, and follow along with a .pdf version of the workout. Also included in this plan is one 15-minute fitness consultation per month where you will talk to a coach about goals and progress. 

It is highly suggested that you add on at least one *personal training session or video-analyzation every two weeks so that an expert can provide feedback on movements and keep you on your feet.
