How do I sign up for a a free class?
Schedule your free class with us by filling out the contact form with all of your details, and we will reach out to schedule your free class.
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Any other perks I should know about?
Some other things you may find helpful... We offer open gym hours where members can access the gym in "off hours." We also have the option to add 1 personal training session per month to your group CrossFit plan.
Do I have to be fit to join?
Nope! That's why we are here and what we do. Part of our approach is learning about you through both conversation and by assessing movement during class. This helps us provide you with education on how to best approach workouts and what you can expect of yourself and your training.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
We love variety which means we are often changing things up. However, each class has a coach-led warm up, instruction of movements, guidance during the workout, and accessory work to wrap things up to help you get the most out of the hour. Throughout the week you will see a variety of bodyweight, weightlifting, and traditional conditioning movements.
