Do I need experience?
Absolutely not, our coaches here have a ton of experience and we will give you all of the knowledge you need to be successful.
Do I have to do the blog workouts M/W/F or 3 days on 1 day off?
Nope!
These workouts are programmed and 3 days on, 1 day off because this is the most efficient way to use rest days. If your availability allows you to workout M/T/F, go for it! If your availability allows you to work out M-F and sometimes on Saturdays, so be it!
The workouts are there for you when you have time to do them... You just have to make time to do them.

What happens during the 15-min check in?
A coach will assess your goals and progress. In your first 15-minute meeting we will be setting your first goal and learning more about you. Every month after that we will see how your goals are progressing, assess any injuries you might have, talk nutrition, and guide you on your path toward fitness. The check-ins will help keep you motivated and will provide you with any additional support you may need. This is a way to personalize your fitness without the price tag of personal training.
