CrossFit is not a one size fits all, that is why we offer STRONG nation classes, personal training packages, nutrition and habit coaching and regular group classes. We need to see what fits you best.

This is how we take each athlete through a fitness assessment and go over gym rules, safety, and get a better idea where to sort each person based on their goals.
This is a two part course designed to get anyone ready to join regular classes! Both semi private sessions are 30 minutes. dress for fitness and bring a water bottle.
