Step1 - Schedule an initial consultation

This is a 15 to 30 minute discovery talk with one of our trainers. We want to know your story, where you are coming from and what you want.

CrossFit is not a one size fits all, that is why we offer STRONG nation classes, personal training packages, nutrition and habit coaching and regular group classes. We need to see what fits you best.

from here, most people jump into class by taking our foundations course to get up to speed for crossfit.

Step 2 - sign up for your Foundation Course

This is how we take each athlete through a fitness assessment and go over gym rules, safety, and get a better idea where to sort each person based on their goals.

This is a two part course designed to get anyone ready to join regular classes! Both semi private sessions are 30 minutes. dress for fitness and bring a water bottle.

  • Functional movements
  • flexability
  • upper body strength and stamina
  • cardivasculare respritory endurnace
    • - Everything will be explained and coached through the entire session.
    • - The structure is: Warm-up, skill works, workout, cool-down
