1 rep max Clean
8 single-arm dumbbell push presses, left arm
8 single-arm dumbbell push presses, right arm
8 lateral dumbbell burpee overs
W: 35lb dumbbell
M: 50lb dumbbell
This is a virtual CrossFit competition that will be held from October 21st-25th. It is a great test and way to participate in the fitness community as a whole. There are different variations for this workout based on skill level and experience as well as age group divisions. It is a 10 dollar (US) sign-up and comes with a shirt.
