Back Squat 1 rep max
Strict Press 1 rep max
​Deadlift 1 rep max

Workout at home

On a 15-minute clock for reps of:
5-minutes of goblet squats
5-minutes of shoulder presses
5-minutes of deadlifts
-use dumbbells, a backpack, or other household item for each exercise
