Thruster/push press/push jerk/split jerk
This workout is a complex, or combination, of each lift. A thruster followed by a push press followed by a push jerk followed by a split jerk without dropping the bar is one rep
Workout at home
10 rounds of:
In as few sets as possible:
5 jumping squats
2 inch worms, in place
1 pike handstand push-up, feet on the floor
-Rest as needed between sets
