20-seconds L-sit hold 10 Left-arm back pack rows 3 overhead squats with a broom stick 20-seconds L-sit hold 10 Right-arm back pack rows 6 overhead squats with a broom stick 20-seconds L-sit hold 10 Left-arm back pack rows 9 overhead squats with a broom stick ect. Add 3 overhead squat each round. Alternate the single arm row every round. Post scores and scales to comments.
