3 weighted pull-ups
6 push-ups on dumbbells
9 dumbbell squats
W: 25lb dumbbells, use one dumbbell for pull-ups
M: 35lb dumbbells, use one dumbbell for pull-ups
Workout at home
6 bent over rows, with a back pack
12 floor presses, with a pack pack
18 goblet squats, hold the back pack
