At Home WOD:
5 rounds each for time of:
20 (assisted) squats
Rest 1-minute between rounds

Post scores to comments, include scales and modifications. ​

Back squat with 35# 5-5-5-5-5 30 second rest between rounds
3:36 minutes

At home WOD 5 rounds for time
20 squats with 1 minute rest in between
8:51 minutes
