10 clean and jerks
5 rope climbs

M: 135 lb barbell, 15 ft rope
F: 95 lb barbell, 12 ft rope

At-Home WOD:
12 clean and jerks (use a backpack or other household object)
8 turkish get-ups, alternating (unloaded)
