10 toes-to-bar
25 double-unders
10 overhead squats

M: 155-lb barbell
F: 105-lb barbell

​At Home WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 15-minutes of:
10 sit-ups
25 jumping jacks
10 overhead squats (PVC pipe or broomstick)
