1-minute rest between rounds

M: 30" box, 45-lb dumbbells
F: 24" box, 30-lb dumbbells

​At Home WOD:
3 rounds for time: 
12 alternating stair step-ups (holding a backpack or other household item)
9 bent-over rows (using backpack or other household item)
9 shoulder press (using backpack or other household item)

​Post scores to comments, include scales and modifications.
