12 push presses
50 double-unders

M: 135lb
F: 95lb

At Home WOD:
12-minutes of:
12 sumo-deadlift high-pulls
12 push presses
50 line jumps or jumping jacks
-use a light object for the SDHP and Push Press

​Post scores to comments, include scales and modifications.

3+61 (scaled 3 rope climbs to 2 legless 8ft rope climbs from seated with controlled ascent and descent, barbell at 115lb)
