15 pull-ups
100ft handstand walk
Rest 1-mintue between rounds

At Home WOD:
3 rounds of:
20 alternating plank rows or shoulder taps
100ft single-arm overhead carry, 50ft each arm
Rest 1-minute between rounds
Use a dumbbell, water jug or other household object

Post scores to comments, include scales and modifications.
